Second pole for Mora in Valencia

Second qualification and second pole position for Francisco Mora, who this Sunday will also start from first place on the grid for the second race of the sixth and final round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica (PSCI), at the Spanish circuit of Valencia. Manuel Alves was once again his most direct opponent, this time remaining at a “distance” of 0.655s. João Posser (GD) and José Barros (AM) are the other drivers who will start from first position in their respective categories. This was Francisco Mora’s eighth pole this season, preparing to close with a flourish and confirm his victory in the PRO-AM category, against Manuel Alves.

In the AM category, Spaniard Pablo Silvero stole the lead from José Barros, the second fastest, who left his rival Ricardo Costa just a short distance away, with Leandro Martins very close. Given such a balance of paces, we expect a very competitive race… In the GD category, João Posser proved to be the fastest, leaving Aloísio Monteiro more than a second behind and third, this time, was Rui Alves, father of young Manuel Alves who will start from the front row of the grid.
