Races from the 2026 season to be broadcast live on V+ with news coverage on TVI and CNN Portugal.
The Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica has secured a significant boost to its media exposure through the formalization of a strategic partnership with Media Capital, one of the leading media groups in the Iberian Peninsula. The agreement includes the live broadcast of the 2026 season races on the free-to-air channel V+, as well as editorial coverage of the championship rounds in the news programs of TVI and CNN Portugal. There is also the possibility of live reports during selected rounds of the championship.
This agreement represents an important step in the media growth strategy of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica, ensuring a consistent presence on channels with a large national audience and expanding the championship’s reach to millions of viewers. In addition to television broadcasts, the partnership also includes presence across the group’s digital platforms and editorial ecosystems, further strengthening the visibility of the championship, its teams, drivers, and sponsors.
The partnership follows the championship’s sustained growth trajectory, which has steadily consolidated its media presence in recent years. In 2025, the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica recorded a cumulative audience of more than 1.5 million viewers in prime-time television content, in addition to strong digital consumption through streaming broadcasts and social media platforms.
For José Monroy, Series Manager of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica and head of P21 Motorsport, the agreement marks a decisive milestone for the championship: “This is a very important step for the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica. The partnership with the Media Capital Group allows us to make a qualitative leap in the championship’s media exposure, ensuring live broadcasts and very relevant editorial coverage throughout the season. It is excellent news for our drivers, teams, and sponsors, who will now benefit from even greater visibility.”
The 2026 season will mark the fourth edition of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica and will feature six rounds held across two countries. The championship will visit the circuits of Monteblanco, Estoril, Valencia, Jerez de la Frontera, and Navarra, with the Estoril Circuit hosting two rounds, including once again the season’s Grand Finale. With a well-established sporting structure, a balanced calendar, and now a significant reinforcement of its media exposure, the Porsche Sprint Challenge Iberica is preparing for a 2026 season that promises to further elevate both the competitive level and the international visibility of the championship.
